2003 XP to 2003 XP

I copied the pst file from old XP to the new one and just copied over the pst
that was created on install.

All is working fine with one exception. When creating a new email and I
click on the "To" button my address book doesn't show up.

I know it's there as when I click on the "Contacts" folder everything shows
up correctly.

How do I fix this issue?

Posted here daily: you _never_ overwrite PST files. Your Outlook profile is
now corrupt. Hopefully, your data is still intact. Did you back it up?
Create a new profile and use the supported methods for data file migration.
