Because of a new computer, I had to do a fresh install of Office 2003.
I was able to get my existing outlook.pst to open, and I see my
messages and my contacts, but I can't get it to look the way I'm used
to. Here's the way it is on my laptop:

Notice that in the "outline", the calendar and the contacts show, as
does Tasks, and Sent Items etc further on down. And I don't have that
"Favorite Folders" thing at the top. However, on the new computer, I
can't get rid of the Favorite Folders thing that takes up room, and I
have to click on the the icons at the bottom in order to go to
Calendar, Contacts, etc.
Where on earth do I change things to get it to look the same way as my
screen capture above?
