2003 sent emails not delivered

I have multiple email accounts and I use Outlook 2003 to send/recieve mail
from all. Intermitently, when I send emails, Outlook says they have all been
sent, but the reciever never gets the mail. I often bcc myself and I can no
copies arrive either.

I have installed SP2 and downloaded all Outlook patches. I have also done
the Detect and Repair process twice, emails are still being lost.
