2003 Outlook not working

I am runing Windows XP SP2
Message comes up with the following: Unable to open your default e-mail folders. I have added a screen shot of the problem and would like to resolve this problem keeping in mind I am only a novice at this. Seems I am not able to add a screen shot into this tread. But I can email this to those that need a copy.
