2003 - How can I choose my "from" account?

Hiya,

On another computer with windows 2003 I had a "choose account" menu on each
new email I composed.

I can't get that on this installation of office 2003, even though I have
more than one email account.

How can I choose my "from" account?

With a new email Open, go to View and click the From field and enter it
there.
