2003 Ent. Server SP1 on DELL PE 2850 Faulting application iexplore

I have seven new servers Dell PE 2850. Installed Win 2003 Ent. Server SP1 and
all updates and now cant open any pages in IExplorer - it is crashing right
away (I don't know after what update it started):
