2003 Business Contact manager

each time when i try to open outlook 2003 with business contact manager, it
just suddenly close. Windows has this message" Outlook has unexpectedly
closed. please help.
 
The first place to start off would be to perform a repair of all version of
..NET Frame work from add /remove programs and see if it resolves you issue.
