2000 webserver to 2003 move

Hello

I am getting ready to install a new IBM 4 processor 2003 server. It will replace a dual processor Dell that is lagging hosting a busy website. Does anyone have any advice to ensure that the website is moved smoothly and quickly from the 2000 to 2003 server

1st word of advice -- copy the files, then test the new server in a QA
environment that simulates the production environment as much as possible.
Don't try to do this quickly.
