2000 to XP: MS Access cannot open this file

I have an Access database that resides on the network. My
company is moving from Windows 2000 to Windows XP.
I am receiving the below error when trying to open my
Access database in Windows XP. I can open the same file
in Windows 2000, but cannot in XP. However, when I copy
the file onto the desktop, it works fine in XP.

Here's the message:
"Microsoft Access cannot open this file.

This file is located outside your intranet or on an
untrusted site. Microsoft Access will not open the file
due to potential security problems.

To open the file, copy it to your machine or an accessible
network location."

Thanks for any help!

I am having this same problem, or at least the same error.
My exception is I have 5 users in a seperate office who
share a VPN connection. All users in the main office can
open the database file, minus the one XP machine. All
other machines are 2000. The office trying to access the
file via VPN cannot. Security issue or is this just not
possible.???

-Thanks
