2000 to 2003 - print contacts, not DL's

We are rolling out MS 2003, up from 2000. I have one
person who would like to print his Outlook Contact list -
showing the email addresses. This is not a DL.

Then add that field to the view the user wants to print.

 

[Jocelyn Fiorello [MVP - Outlook]]

He can create a table view of his Contacts folder with the E-mail field as
one of the columns, then print that view.

First select one of the Table views of your Contacts (like Phone List, for
example).
The use Field Chooser to add the Email field to that view. (Hint: R click
the Column Headers > Field Chooser).
