2000 Pro compatibilty with Office 2000

Have been trying load Office 2000 and an error 1305 pops
up. error reading from file
D:\PFiles\MSoffice\Template\1033\CLCONWI.JPG
Verify file exists & that it can be accessed. Wassup?
I did go in and try to customize in hopes of avoiding
this issue but it then gave me a new error code.
I need help.
