2 Pcs connected - 1 can see both and the other cannot Help please

Hi, I have connected 2 PC's with a cross over cable. My problem is that the
one PC cannot see the other one or itself, but the other one sees both, but
cannot connect to the one which is giving the problem although he finds the
computer on the network.

My IP addresses, Subnet Mask and gateways are correct, so i dont know what
is the porblem.

Any help would be appreciated

Probably a misconfigured firewall.
 
As Bob stated - could be a firewall, however regarding "My IP addresses,
Subnet Mask and gateways are correct, so i dont know what is the
porblem...." - when posting about network problems best procedure is to post
results of ipconfig /all - your assumption may be incorrect.
