2 Pblms: Pop up "Generic Host" & Streaming Video

Problem 1. I keep getting this pop up: "Generic Host Process for Win32
Services." It this a virus or real?

Problem2. No streaming video on Msn Home Page. (Audio OK) One item
doesn't load: cd.centrport.net.
I have edited the "cookie" to Allow but it still doesen't load. I've also
closed (or disabled) all of the followng: Spyblaster, Spybot, Avg, Zone
Alarm and Adaware.

WinXP Pro, WMP 8, Flash Player 8, dialup connection (and I do wait for the
slow load), Lowered the Privacy Setting.

Help will be appreciated. bobg

Looking into the headers of your OE version indicates, that you've
never updated Windows XP SP1. So it's likely that your machine is
affected by several, in the meantime fixed security holes. If you'ld
ask me what to do, I'ld force you to resetup your machine from the
ground - and use Windows/Auto Update!
