Tell us how you got into said situation and what you have done to try and
remedy it as well as more information on the system (OS version, Service
Pack Level, Antivirus and AntiSpyware software you have/utilize, how many
accounts on this computer, some hardware specs like hard disk drive (total
and used space) memory, etc..)
