2 operating system

When I boot up, a screen comes up and gives me the option to select which operating system I want to use. How do I remove the extra operating system
 
Right Click on My Computer / Properties / Advanced Tab / Startup and
Recovery Button and then uncheck the two check boxes that are under the
system startup section.

You can follow the other post but hit edit and it shows
your boot.ini file and you can delete the OS you dont
want.
