Compaq offers NIC teaming with their hardware. I think
there are some others that do as well. I would make sure
that it is really a traffic issue though. Application
don't generally require much network bandwidth. They more
rely on memory and processors. I do some performance
monitoring and make sure that it is really a NIC issue
before spending your money.
