Hi ... In Windows Explorer I have 2 My Documents folder ,
One is under the C drive where Windows is install and the
other one is just listed with the following >> Desktop ,
My Computer , My documents , My Network Places , Recycle
Bin .... Is it necessary to have both of them ?? They
both have the exact same data and files , there is no
different in either of the 2 ... Thanks

Hi,

They are different views of the same folder - mirrors essentially. The real
folder is here:

C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\My Documents

What you see represents other avenues of accessing this folder. The target
changes to whichever user is currently logged on and is in use. This is by
design for easy access to this folder.
