2 Mailbox creation

I would like to create 2 mailbox on the 1 outlook 2003
with the following conditions:

1) 2 separate "Personal Folder"
2) 2 Mailbox could be receive own mail (Not Manual)

Pls.help

Hi - you don't create mailboxes in Outlook.

What kind of mail servers/mail accounts are you connecting to?

1) Delivery location (PST file, etc) is set in the mail profile - you can't
use different ones for different accounts. You can use rules instead, to
move mail to the folders you wish, or use separate profiles for each.

2) Not sure what you mean by two mailboxes

Outlook mail will only deliver to one default mailbox (personal folder.)
You can create additional personal folders (File->New->Outlook Data File)
but you will need to manually move mail to any folders you create in the new
..pst file. You can move mail in the default personal folders using rules to
folders you create.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
