2 Lan cards

I have a PC with XP Home and 2 network card

I want use the firs one for internet and the second for the internal LAN

this are the settings for the 2 cards

Sk1:
IP address: xx.yy.zzz.116
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway xx.yy.zzz.114

Sk2
IP address: 192.168.1.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway 192.168.1.1

I can navigate in internet but i don't see the internal lan, but if i
disconnect the first card i can see the internal lan.

If i set the cards in revers i can see the internal lan but i cannot
navigate in internet, but if i disconnect the first card i can navigate in
internet
