Two ethernet cards when enable simultaneously donot work in windos XP

Dear Sir,
I have my PC working on windows XP
I have two cards in it.
On one card I get internet throgh ethernet and on other card I connect
intranet through Net Term. At a time I can work on one. I want to work on
both simultaneously.

Results of ipconfig /all in the following 3 cases through cmd is

1) Internet card only enabled;
2) Intranet card only enabled;
3) Both cards enabled.

you should use just one default gateway instead of two. What you need to do is remove the default gateway from Net Term NIC.
