Try this:
Create a new identity
------------------------
1. Launch Outlook Express.
2. Click File->Identities->Add New Identity?
3. In the Type your name box, type the name for this identity(For example,
"Identity-02" (without the quotation marks) ), and then click OK.
4. When you are asked "Do you want to switch to XXX now" ( XXX stands for
the
name of this identity, for example, Identity-02 ), click Yes.
5. Select Create a new Internet mail account, and then click Next to follow
the
Internet Connection Wizard to configure the mail account.
6. When Outlook Express Import Window appears, select Do not import at this
time.
7. Click Next, click Finish.
After performing the above steps, a new identity is created and Outlook
Express
is running in this new identity. Then we need to continue to follow the
steps
below to import messages in the original identity.
Import messages from another identity
---------------------------------------------
1. Click File->Import Messages.
2. Select Microsoft Outlook 5, click Next.
3. Select Import mail from an OE5 Identity, highlight the original identity
and
click OK.
4. Click Next.
5. Select All folders and click Next.
6. Click Finish.

i have a problem with outlook and oulook express. when a
new email arrives i get two copies of the email. im using
win 2000 and oulook express 6. the problem also occures if
i use outlook xp. i have one hotmail account through
outlook. anyone help!
