Hi, somehow I accidentally installed XP twice on my
computer. When it starts up it always asks me which
version to use. I always use the same one. How do I
remove the second one?

At Control Panel - System - Advanced, click Settings in 'Startup and
Error', and then click Edit.

This will show you the entries in boot.ini (one each under [boot loader]
and under [operating systems]) for each instance, and you can edit them.
Two cases:

You have made a second instance into the same partition and folder -
each of the entries in the two sections will be the same - delete the
pair you don't want.

You have installed to a different folder, and maybe different partition.
In that case you will also want to delete that unwanted folder as well
