2 Computers Connected to 1 Printer connections

I want to connect my brother's computer to mine so he can use my printer. I
searched the internet for a program that can enable printer shareing through
the internet. I know its possable but i dont know how to do it. Its the same
idea like school computers, More then one computer connected to one printer.
Any ideas how or what program?

MY Computer
Windows Xp Media Edition (SP2)
Connected to internet
(Printer connected to this computer through a USB 2.0 cable)
(Printer is HP PhotoSmart C4100 Series All-in-one)

Bros computer
Windows Xp (SP1)

If they share an internet connection and can see each other on your home
network, you cam set your brothers computer to print via the network..
