-196 Per Server Reached

Have a 2000 Advanced Server that Licensing continues to build on the Per
Server Reached. Presently at -196 (minus 196) ... thought this minus thing
was odd. Have never seen this B4. Clears with reboot then slowly builds. Any
ideas? Thanks in advance.

There are well known bugs in that thing, it's known to be completely out
of whack! Disable the LLS service, you don't need it running to use the
server.
