First. Make sure of these settings and nothing will install without you
answering YES. (Except what may install as part of some other software.)
Don't click YES if you don't know/trust the source.

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Internet Options | Advanced tab |
Make sure both of these are NOT checked.

That is evil spyware. You apparently still have traces of it on your
system. Clean it up by removing spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy
from www.safer-networking.org and Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be
sure to update these programs before running them. These programs are
free, so run them both since they complement each other. It is best to
run antivirus and spyware removal tools in Safe Mode. You may also need
to run CWShredder and HijackThis from
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/index.html . Please read the
instructions carefully. CWShredder isn't being updated any more but it
will still get older variants of the malware. Also, make sure you've
visited Windows Update and applied all security patches. Do not install
driver updates from Windows Update. Make sure you are running a
firewall and have a current antivirus installed using updated
definitions.

Thanks for all your help. I appreciate it.
