today i started my machine and the first thing i did was to try WD updates
again.and low and behold, it worked. the new signiture installed from, Help
and about. perhaps it just needed time to adapt to the deleation of the reg.
entry; Msiexec /x {A------...Thanks to Efrin on the info.on windows onecare
live. if the problum reacures, perhaps thats the way ill go but its kind of
pricie at 365 a year assuming no time off for Xmas and holidays!
