16-bit program error

[Larry Honaker]

I am installing Prism software on all our computers. They
are all new Dell Computers and they all are running
Windows XP. On some of them I am keep getting an error
when trying to install:
Cannot Run 16-bit Windows Program.
Can anyone help me with this.
