128 bit encyrption? HELP

Im trying to log on to my telus mobility account, but it
wont let me becuase it says i need internet explorer 4.0
or higher and my browser eneds to support a 128 bit
enycrption. Problem is i dont know how to chnage the
encyrption and i have internet explorer 6.0! please help
