127.0.0.1 Admin account

I have a virus/worm on my W2k Server and I believe it has created an admin
account as Administrator$ and Servername$ with an IP of 127.0.0.1 and
192.168.0.2 respectively. I see these listed (not at the same time) in
Computer Management/Shared Folders/Sessions. When i see the 127 account
lists opens files, I immediately close the session.

I can not locate these accounts to disable them and I'm not sure what my
next step should be.

Has anyone encountered this before?
