1202 Events in Application Log

On a domain controller with Win2000 Adv. Server and SP4,
getting multiple 1202 events from SceCli in Application
Log.

Followed troubleshooting guide to discover that the
problem is with NetShowServices in the
DomainControllersPolicy GPO. Offending unresolved
accounts are in SeServiceLogonRight and SeTcbPrivilege.

Its not all obvious how to fix this problem.
