Seems I have 2 limited user accounts that use 100 % of the CPU. When I
change them to "Administrator" everything runs fine. If I try to create a
new limited user account, it too will run slooooooow and at 100 % CPU usage.

Does anyone have a suggestion????

Almost virus, I found the problem. The process that was taking all the CPU
was TBPS.EXE, it is part of Web Search Toolbar or Win-Tools or Search
Assistant. When the user account was of the limited type TBPS.EXE would use
most of the cpu bringing other programs to a crawl. When the user was
changed to administrator type, TBPS.EXE would behave. Once I uninstalled WEB
SEARCH TOOLBAR everything was fine. Nasty people that, websearch.com. I
don't even know how it got installed in the first place.
