100% CUP usage

I have a problem with CPU utilization in Services.exe
intermittently reaching 100 percent as per Microsoft
Knowledge Base Article - 328885
This happens to me every day and once started is almost
impossible to stop
Even when I reboot the computer
I have installed SP4 and all the latest patches but it
still happens
Can anyone help

I have the same problem which occurs whenever I connect

or disconnect my VPN session. I wait for around 3 minutes
and it clears up. It's a pain too. I am not sure why this
began to happen just a few weeks ago.
