100% CPU use

I installed the critical security patches that came out
last week. After rebooting, the computer has been
extremely slow. I checked the Task Manager and it shows
System as using 100% of CPU. What can I do? I am only a
novice user.

Removing\uninstalling KB835732 seems to be the answer at this time.
