100% CPU usage

Every 3rd or 4th time I fire up my system, the CPU usage
stays a 100% and the systme is sluggish. I have to reboot
to stop this. What gives?

Check to see which process is taking up the processing time. It can be seen
when you type ctl/alt/del and then select processes

Generally SYSTEM.EXE, otherwise WINLOGON.EXE
