10 Minutes to Shut Down ??

The computer starts up fine. If I turn it off within 10 minutes it shuts
down fine. If I try to shut it down after 1 hour or more it takes about 10 to
15 minutes to Shut Down. Any help would be appreciated.

What do you expect? Windoze gets confused if it has to do any work for that
length of time!
