Please right click on the Start Button
Click on Properties
Click on the Tab that says "Start Menu"
Do you have the button for "Start Menu" of the button for "Classic Start
Menu" clicked?
You may also want to click on the Help link at the bottom of the page titled
"How do I change the way the Start menu looks?"
