1 Page report is printing on 4 pages

I have an Access Report that when I print it is coming out on 4 pages. When I
go to page setup the margins are showing: Top=1", Bottom=6", Left=1",
Right=5.5". It will let me change the top and left margins but when I change
the bottom or right margins it changes back when I click on OK.
I have checked and there is only 1 column and the size of that is 6.47",
which is fine.
I have just recently upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003 and that is
when this report started doing this.
Any suggestions on what else I can check would be greatly appreciated.

You probably have one of the following problems:
1. Those margins are too large.
2. You have the paper size set too small.
3. You have the actual report size too large.
4. You need to "squeeze" some items in your report down (to the left) and
drag the right edge in. (that usually fixes most of them.) To do that you may
have to remove the lines that are automatically created and move your page
numbers to the left. (another common problem.)
If all that fails, go to www.allenbrowne.com He has an article about how
to fix sticky reports.

Golfinray,
Thank you for your response.
The paper size is 8 1/2 x 11 and the report size is 6.5" so I'm ok there.
Everything is lined up over to the left. It just won't let me change the
margin size.

I will try allenbrowne though.

Thanks,
Lori
