I have been using Outlook for several years. Not until yesterday (10/18/07)
did I experience the following problem. In connection with sending an email
I received the following error message

Task 'mail.**********.com [my address deleted]- Sending' reported error
(0x80070057) : 'Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter
values are not valid.'

I cannot seem to get rid of it. Based on suggestions found elsewhere, I
have deleted my email account, resarted and recreated the account, and I get
the same message--even when only hitting Send/Receive and without actually
sending an email.

In other threads regarding this issue, I have seen comments that seem to
indicate that one of my contacts may be corrupted. How can I figure out
which one? Would someone please help me to get rid of this error message?

You really should post the version of Outlook you're using and what type of
mail account you have.

You could try logging the SMTP conversation to see what's going on behind
the scenes. Take a look at this article for info on logging:
