0x80048002

I checked with my ISP to see if I was getting the 0x80048002 error code because the attachments or e-mails I've been trying to send are larger than their allowed capacity and learned that at 900KB they are not. I keep finding the e-mail hangs up in my outbox using Outlook xp. Tried everything, from the fixes recommended by MS, changing the settings on my e-mail account, switching to Outlook Express to send the e-mail, etc. After much wasted time, I've yet to find a fix. (Deep breathing doesn't help.
