I cannot receive messages from Outlook. I can send but not recieve. Webmail (TalkTalk) works fine but I prefer to use outlook. If I uninstall MS office Which includes outlook and then re-install will I lose all my adresses and would it solve my problem?

What version of MS Office are you using and what OS is your PC running ?
