hi again, I have this problem with me the stop message oxooooooc5 and it keeps on restarting and blue screen I have read the windows support and tried to follow the steps in troubleshooting this kind of problem but unfortunately the procedure only applies when only you can get inside to the windows itself. My question is. Is there another way of fixing this problem aside from reformatting my harddrive the fact that I can get into the windows. Thanks hope somebody can help me with this.
 
This is usually down to a driver issue, possibly video drivers.


As a first option I would suggest uninstalling your video drivers and re-installing.
