03 Word Templates not holding formatting in 07

We have several users who have created templates, some quite sophisticated,
but not all. We have just rolled out Office 07 on WinXP. These templates
are having various problems - locking up, margins not holding fast, tables
and headings not holding. What's going on and how do we fix this. Thank you.
