Yellow exclamation mark in microsoft system management bios driver

I did a xp repair recently due to IE issue, after that even though IE problem
have been resolved but other issue occurs. One of the main issue which is
above, i notice there's a yellow excalmation mark in microsoft system
management bios driver and this causes window to startup very slow (took ages
as compare to previously) I do a search under google and was told to
uninstall system management bios driver, which i did but the problem still
occurs. BTW, during the xp repair, sp2 was remove too, wondering could it be
due to this reason.

So is there anyway i can get my pc to startup as per normal as previously?
Or is there anyway that i can download the system management bios driver, and
idea where can i get this driver from?

1. What were the IE issues and what does this have to do with the rest of
your post if anything? What were the resulting fixes that solved the issue?

2. What exactly are you calling MS system management? If this is relating
to Server 2003, you are in the wrong group.

Good luck!

Hi Kelly,

Thanks for responding. Nope i'm not using server 2003, basically what i'm
having is xp home with sp2 install. Due to IE crash, which is why i choose to
do a repair, after repairing IE appear fine but as i mention previously my
system start to bootup slow, it took about 5-10 minutes for it to go into the
desktop. The reason why i'm suspecting that it have something to do with
"microsoft system management bios driver" is because under device manager it
shows a yellow exclamation mark, previously there's isn't any exclamation
mark there, is appear only after the repair.
