Ever since I downloaded Internet Explorer 7, my Yahoo mail double spaces
between lines;
in other words, when I am typing a text and hit the "enter" key, the cursor
moves down 2 lines instead of one.

Any suggestions,

Not to minimize your problem, but you should only press the Enter key
between paragraphs. Yahoo mail should break lines at 78 characters or
so for you.

Hold the Shift key when you hit Enter. Either that or let Yahoo wrap
your lines and don't hit enter.
