"Ghost Window" and Yahoo Mail...

I always get a Ghost Window with the following headers...

"About Blank: MS Internet Explorer"
"Search for: MS Internet Explorer"

This only happens when I am trying to get into the Yahoo
Mail... Is there a way to disable this or get rid of
this ?? If I kill this window - it shuts down the
internet !!!
