xp workstation can't connet to server 2000

Xp Pro workstation can't brows the workgroup or the
Server,
but, the Server can brows that work station (xp)
we are using TCPIP and IPX
Is anyone can help

can you ping the server by ip? if yes, can you ping it by name?
