XP TopMoxie error msg

Last 2 wks i get error msg at start up:
TopMoxie installation error. Go to
microsoft.com/java/vm/dl_vm40.htm and install Microsoft
Virtual Machine
Anyone know how i can get this off my start up?

Remove the TopMoxie related entry from startup:

And run a scan using these utilities:
