Thanks again Richard --- but it didn't work either. Actually, the program were coming from the Internet and it didn't installed
successfully. Now I got my Java installed and the error message still there. This is not a new case BUT it happened since MS and
Sun suing each other. I even don't remember which web sites it was. All I want now is to delete it --- if it is possible.
If you could show me the way, I know I can do it.
Regards,

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the program that is in use when you get
the error message.

Thanks Richard --- but it didn't work. I even took out all Java in my PC
and the Error message is always there after restart. I knew that error
message is not caused by any Java installation. Is there a way to delete it
from the Registry? My computer is too intelligent --- it always reminded me
by that error message. The PC is A-OK!

You don't delete an error message. You solve for the condition that is
causing it.
In your case, I would uninstall Java. Reboot. Then install the latest
version of Java again.
