TOP MOXIE QUESTION

Can someone help me pleeease? I get this stupid "To
MOxie Installation Error" message everytime i turn my
computer on and it loads up windows. I just wanna know
how I get rid of this message so i wont pop up anymore.
It says to go
to "http://www.microsoft.com/java/vm/dl_vm40.htm" and
download it there. When I went there, there's no where
for me to download it from! SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!!
