XP SP2 Automatic Update warning

I've recently upgraded our XP workstations to SP2. I've turned off Automatic
Updates but everytime a user logs in that darn balloon window opens "Your
computer might be at risk. automatic updates is turned off. Click this
balloon to fix the problem". Well this is not a problem for me as I do want
this turned off. I just do not want this darn balloon opping up everytime a
user log on. How do I get rid of this is or disable it. Thanks.

Open Control Panel/Security Center. On the left side menu, click the "Change
the way the security center alerts me" item. Remove the check mark from
Automatic Updates".
